Do I need Google Business Profile API approval to use Palaute24?
Not to start. If your Google account owns a Business Profile, connecting takes about thirty seconds. If Google's extended API access is still pending, your account runs in sample mode so you can evaluate the full product immediately. Everything continues to work the day Google approves you.
Will the replies sound like they were written by a chatbot?
Only if you configure them to. You set tone, banned phrases, and maximum reply length per organisation. Drafts are generated against those rules and checked by moderation before you ever see the send button. You stay in control of every word that goes out.
Can I edit drafts before sending?
Yes. Palaute24 generates three draft options for each review. You pick one, edit it in place, and send. Nothing is posted to Google Business Profile without a human clicking send.
How are negative reviews handled?
One- and two-star reviews are surfaced at the top of the inbox with a flag and a calm, accountable de-escalation draft. You retain full editorial control. The tool removes the friction of starting the response, not the judgement of writing it.
Can my team collaborate in one account?
Team seats and role-based access are included on Pro and above. You can scope staff to specific locations, assign reviews, and keep an immutable audit log of who responded to what. This is useful for franchises and agencies managing multiple clients.
How does billing work?
Monthly or annual billing, processed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time directly from the billing portal and we prorate the refund per our terms.
What if I need more than five locations or custom limits?
Pro includes up to five locations. Business adds custom usage limits, broader team and permission controls, prioritized support, and tailored onboarding. Email info@palaute24.fi and we will propose an agreement that fits.
How is my data protected?
Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using Postgres pgcrypto. Row-level security is enforced on every user-facing table. AI drafts and user-edited replies are validated server-side and passed through OpenAI moderation before they can be sent. We do not sell data, and we do not train models on your replies.
